Sacre Bleu

FRENCH GENERAL ARE BACK TO THE EARLY FRENCH BLUES. Sacre Bleu, sacred blue or holy blue has been the classic colour of France since the 15th century. Religion and politics both have claimed this colour to be the colour of courage.
This collection of blues is inspired by their summers in France and dyeing their antique white linen scraps into a beautiful shade of Woad blue.
Their latest fabric collection features three of their favourite blues: French Blue, Woad Blue and Indigo. They’ve also woven in a bit of Ciel Bleu for a subtle play of colours. Try adding some of their new French Ginghams to the mix and you have the perfect start to a French country quilt!
